You are welcome to exchange items within 14 days of dispatch. We recommend your first approach would be to contact us via our contact us page to arrange an exchange. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of recieving the items.
Your purchased product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed or used, tags on and in its original packaging. We are not exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. You also must include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not cover postage costs for exchanged items. Once we have received and inspected the goods, we will organise an exchange or credit of your payment in full, minus the initial shipping costs. You will be notified of this via email. We do not offer refunds.
